Undergraduates who participate on the team usually
begin by taking a special course in the sociology department
specifically designed for this purpose. The course is a three-credit,
graded course, Sociology 397/398: Special Studies. Admission to
this class is by invitation only, and therefore you must contact the coordinating
professor if you are interested. Permission to enroll will then be
granted after an interview/information meeting with the professor.
