Charles K. Wilber
Emeritus Professor

Dr. Wilber's major research areas are economic development, economic ethics, and economic methodology. He has been a consultant to the Peace Corps, Inter-American Development Bank, and the U. S. Catholic Bishops' Committee. He has published over 100 articles and reviews in both professional journals and more popular venues. He has published 10 books, among which are: The Soviet Model and Underdeveloped Countries (1969); An Inquiry into the Poverty of Economics (1983); Beyond Reaganomics: A Further Inquiry into the Poverty of Economics (1990); The Political Economy of Development and Underdevelopment, 6th ed. (1996); and Economics, Ethics and Public Policy (1998). His current research is on moral values and the economy.
