Michael J. Baxter, C.S.C. Dr. Baxter was awarded the Charlotte Newcombe Dissertation Fellowship (1993-94), and was a fellow at the Center for the Study of American Religion at Princeton University (1995-96). His articles have appeared in the De Paul Law Review, Pro Ecclesia, Communio, The Thomist, and Modern Theology.
