Just out of curiosity...
Does anyone wish to purchase, or know anyone who wants to purchase an
office building in D.C.?
The 527,000 square foot Blue-Cross Blue Shield building at 500-550
12th Street, SW has been up for sale..asking price $57.5 million.
The DC Office Market is one of the best in the country...Many REIT's
are moving in, and prices are on the rise. I have more information if
anyone needs it.
