Well I can indeed claim to have been there at the first ND Student Film
Fest in the lovely CCE basement. Maybe not quite as exciting as the first
Woodstock but just as culturally significant (and not quite as muddy). I'm
glad to hear audiences are finally catching on - I certainly don't remember
having to turn people away from our shows - and hey, the quality was THERE!
As for classic clips, I think every generation should witness Tim Farish's
stunning imitation of the "Conway Twitty's Greatest Hits" commercial, or
anything starring Steve Curtis or John Sierros, just for old time's sake.
Or heck, you can always play something of mine!
And hello again to any of you I may know - a lot of names have been popping
up lately I'm familiar with, and for those who missed my other transmission
I'm in Austin TX working at the Univ. of Texas and writing scripts when I'm
able. I'll even naively offer anyone the chance to read one if they like -
as long as you have Microsoft Word and can get email attachments, why not?
I'm not paying for it. Let me know -

p.s. Paul Noonan (the guy in London) is also a great source for trashy
horror movies and other pop culture references. Just so you know.
