A Query

As some on the list know (mostly faculty members), I teach a course for
the COTH Department in the summer session in Entertainment Law. If
anyone out there knows of any interesting cases, controversies, etc. (or,
perhaps worse, if you are personally involved in any), would you be
interested in sharing information with me to use as illustrations in the
class?

If you have any information along these lines, please contact me
backchannel (which, for those who have real lives and don't spend endless
hours on the Internet like I do, means directly to me and not to the
list--'tis good practice to avoid cluttering the list with messages of a
more personal topic).
