MISSION STATEMENT: The Rosicrucian Paths room was opened in the hope of exposing people to ideas associated with the teachings of the Rosicrucian order.  It was also to be a place where many diversified Soul Personalities could come in search of light, and a mystical & spiritual path.  It is to be a doorway from which many can enter and begin their journey, according to their own development, on a path that would lead them not only into that known as Cosmic awareness, but also toward a Mastery of Life.

Some of the ideas expressed in this room are influenced by its founder's exposure to studies in a school of esoteric thought and philosophy known as Vedanta.  It would advocate as one of its principle tenets the idea of the 'ONE'; this idea following very closely that which was set out by the ancient philosopher known as Plotinus.
 
While many of the ideas put forth in the room come from AMORC, it was also thought that perhaps some unification of the many schools of a Rosicrucian nature could find a place in which to meet and share natures in the spirit of companionship and family.
 
Often those that visit this room (located in the 'LIFE' section - Created by Members location on AOL) find that after a while they are invited to become members of the room and as such are welcomed in as family members.
 
There are many activities associated with the chat-room:

* Every Thursday there is what we call 'Convocation Night'; which exposes people to ceremonies & teachings similar to those which they might find in a Temple of the Rosicrucian Order or a Masonic Lodge.

* We endeavor to present what are called 'Absent Healing Sessions' where participants join in an attempt to send healing energies to a person in need, in keeping with the commitment to service of others found in the Rosicrucian Orders.

* We offer what is called a 'Cosmic Initiation' that exposes the individual to the ritual of initiation and also gives each person a chance to bond with the Cosmic in love & service.

* We also have an in-house Newsletter called 'Cosmic Rays' (featured below) which is sent out weekly to room members & visitors.
 
All things each and every person associated with us does is done in the best, most professional way possible.
 
We offer you a light-filled love offering and hope you will find our experience one which is enjoyable for you, and we invite you to come and rest with us for a while on your cosmic journey.  May the God of your Heart, and Illumination bless you and guide you along your way.

A STATEMENT OF OUR INTENTIONS:
 
We offer you an eclectic path and door way to the greater light of the cosmic.  We are not affiliated with any Rosicrucian school in particular but we offer you links to schools and branches of Rosicrucianism without prejudice.
 
It is the preferred course of action that you - as a student of the mystical & spiritual path - follow one of these larger, much broader curriculum of study.  We do offer an On-line Rosicrucian Order that has been formulated by Three Venerable Brethren of the Rose and the Cross as a service to those who may - for some reason of their own - not wish to affiliate with one of the much larger more established orders.
 
We do require a bit more in the way of an initiated process to join our Order, the R.'.C.'.L.'. since our services are offered free of charge.  Please contact Brother Tom for all inquiries concerning the R.'.C.'.L.'

IN OUR CHAT-ROOM...
 
Rosicrucian Paths, we offer spirited discussion of many spiritual & metaphysical issues.
 
We also gather to do healing work according to Rosicrucian ideals set forth in the Rosicrucian document Fama Fraternitatis.
 
Through the beneficence of THE ONE, we have seen some success resulting from our efforts.  We in no way claim to be able to effect miracle cures, but in some cases the positive energy put forth has seemed to be helpful.
 
We have testimonials from individuals who have felt the benefits.  We feel it a breach of privacy to post them in this public forum, but should you visit our chat-room, you will no doubt meet some of these people and hear their stories firsthand.

Notice: All healings listed are for the actual time of the healing. If the healing is for 8 pm CT that is the time of the actual healing but your invite will say be in the room to begin healing at 7:30 remember your time Zone and always be in and come to the paths room 30 minutes before the healing time.

We of the Rosicrucian Paths chat room offer what's called a Temple every Thursday Night at 8 PM Central Time.
It is offered for you.
It is a representation of how an actual R+C lodge or Temple session is run.
The fact that we have passwords and counter signs is not meant to be a hindrance to any one of you attending such session nights.
There is not one thing really secret about such passwords as they are freely divulged to you.
The function that they play is only to add a degree of authenticity to the over all Temple session.
We have people who have, of their own free will, agreed to occupy certain ritualistic roles in carrying out the workings of this Temple.
There is a lesson that is given at the end of temple.
When it is given by Frater Tom, it reflects those ideas that he has gleamed from his long tenure as a member of the order R+C.
It also may be molded and influenced to various degrees by his association with that school called Vedanta.
It also takes on the flavor of his particular world view.
It is not a lesson that is sanctified by any one Rosicrucian order in particular.
It would be dead wrong and illegal as well as morally defunct and of poor ethical choice to lay claim that the lessons given are reflective of and gospel of a R+C order such as AMORC.
There are ample disclaimers on many official R+C sites such as AMORC and CR+C as well as FRC that flatly advise you to be very prudent when you hearken to any system that is not sanctified along the lines that that particular order wishes to put forth.
The things we do in Temple are there to help you gain an understanding of how a Mystical order works.
The ideas that you will find in a Paths room are there to help you unlock that potential that you all have.
The path room also is not in existence to zero in on one school of R+C.
We have people who belong to more that one school that are members of the Paths room and who come to Temple.
I appeal to you all.
Is it so hard, is it so difficult, to reserve one small hour per week to come and join us in a very thought provoking and informative Temple night?
The only way things that we of the Path room can continue to grow and survive is by your participation.

Temple Lesson

Salutations:
In our last temple there was a statement made that we would need to explore the following concept in order to see if we could make any sense out of it:
"There exists a vibrational state that forms a sort of phantom like body that exists as a type of CO body within man. This is according to the Mystical outlook and the R+C.
This is called the psychic body. In order for this vibrational body to achieve a long enough existence before its coalesce composition begins to dissipate, due to a lack of a physical container to house it, it must have a high degree of vibrational composition.
This may be looked at in much the same way as we might look at a gas that has been set free into the air."
The first area that we will look into will be ideas from a scientific standpoint to see if it is possible for a coalesce entity to exist outside of its progenitor, and in particular if that progenitor is no longer turned on.
There exists a phenomena called capacitance which is the ability of an electric charge to be stored.
Capacitance is a measure of the amount of electric charge stored (or separated) for a given electric potential.
High voltage capacitors may hold a charge long after power is turned off. Always discharge capacitors before adjusting a primary circuit.
So we have evidence for the retaining of an energy after the source is no longer viable.
This now gives us a working platform on which to base our contention that the psychic body may retain enough of its essence to remain after the physical body has shut down.
How might this become projected so that it may travel along the Cosmic trails to at some point reinsert itself into a new physical structure?
The best answer to this that may be given at this time, is that its coalesce structure allows it to exist as a type of wave front not entirely unlike what may be found in a broadcast wave such as what may be found in TV and radio signals.
We all hear of the FCC selling bandwidth for new start up companies.
The cosmic has its own bandwidth spectrum on which these psychic bodies with their corresponding soul personalities may sail.
The thing is that each psychic body does not as a rule make this journey as a sperate thing but must travel in packets of like vibrational structure; hence, the term: let me add my light to yours.
We all know that our computers have data within them. This data may be compacted into a stream such as:

The example would be psychic body A. The goose had wet feathers.
Psychic body B. Chocolate bunnies are eaten at Easter.
