If my faculty ask to talk with
someone in the library about the budget, to
whom should I refer them?
In some cases, I have both a
2001 and 2002 price for a journal. What budget year should I use when
I submit my cancellation?
The committment reduction is
six percent. Is the amount to be transferred from my funds every year
the six percent per year or the total amount of dollars that I'm asked
to reduce?
I have found my funds pay for
a title that should be paid by someone else's funds. Can I include this
in my reduction?

Q. I have found my funds pay for a title that should be
paid by someone else's funds. Can I include this in my reduction?
A. Please do not submit them as part of
the reduction project. Serials won't
have time to deal with these until after the cancellation project.
We'll take
care of these later in the year.
