UWA EQUIVALENT COURSES

When grades are transferred, you will see on your transcript the ND course number (left column), but the second digit will be "4" instead of  "0".  For example, students taking the equivalent course for CE 30200 at UWA will see CE 34200 on their transcript.

Revisions in the various curricula at UWA have resulted in major changes in the equivalent courses.  Those in pink in the left column represent Notre Dame courses for which we have an equivalent.  Those in yellow are courses for which we are still searching for a UWA equivalent.

CSE 34321 Computer Architecture
NOTE: the Computer Architecture course (623.219) is very similar to our CSE 321, with actually some extra material at the end that we cover in Comp. Arch. II; the only negative though is that it does not seem to cover the same architecture that we cover: the students are advised though to read chapters 1-5 of the Patterson and Hennessy book, especially chapter 5, prior to the start of Comp. Arch. II.
