Hello, and welcome to the University of Notre Dame's chapter of College Mentors for Kids! Our chapter was
founded in the fall of 2005. It originally paired ten Notre Dame students with ten students from Holy Cross
Elementary School in South Bend.
In 2006-2007, the chapter consisted of twenty-five Notre Dame and St. Mary's students (including twenty mentors) serving twenty first- through fourth-graders from Holy Cross. In 2007-2008, we expanded to serve St. Adelbert's. We now mentor 50 children.
