1. Add 1/10 volume of 3M sodium acetate, pH 5.2. Mix by vortexing.
2. Add 2 to 2.5 vol. (After NaOAc addition) of 100% EtOH, ice cold.
3. Incubate 30 min. at -20degC.
4. Microcentrifuge 5 min. at max speed.
5. Wash with 1 mL of 70% EtOH (room temp.) and repeat step 4.
6. Dry pellet and resuspend in sterile H2O.
