An exceptional list of invited speakers has been lined up, and asked to focus on open problems in computability theory and its applications; each of the speakers was carefully chosen as one of the top researchers in that particular subarea. At the same time, long breaks between talks are planned, in order to give attendees a chance to discuss the open problems raised in talks in more detail. In order to line up the list of speakers, the whole budget was allocated for the support of senior participants. In the event that funds remain, they will be distributed at the end of the meeting to students. Contributed talks are DISCOURAGED unless required for an attendee to receive travel support from local sources. There will be one evening set aside for short contributed talks, with as many parallel sessions as necessary to accommodate those who need to speak.
