- Attend the Allocation Training held by the CCC. The remaining three sessions are on Monday, March 28 at 5pm; Wednesday, March 30 at 5pm; and Wednesday at 6pm. All sessions are in LaFortune's Montgmoery Auditorium.
- Obtain your account ledger from Deb Acrey, the Student Union Bookkeeper, by emailing her.
- Download and fill out the 2011-2012 Budget Spreadsheet. This form details all your planned income and expenditures for next year, the 2011-2012 academic/fiscal year. The form is the same for all divisions.
- Download and fill out the 2010-2011 Club Report. This form details your spending for the 2010-2011 academic year so far, as well as your plans for the rest of the year (April-June).
- Send both the Budget Spreadsheet and the Club Report to your advisor via email to obtain your advisor's approval. To indicate approval, the advisor should then send the attachments to the appropriate CCC division no later than 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. (Division emails are listed on the bottom of this page.)
- Schedule an interview with your CCC division. The form for signing up for interviews will be posted shortly. Interviews will begin shortly and will be held on a rolling basis until Sunday, April 17. Make sure to bring a copy of your account ledger to your interview.
The budget spreadsheet and club report are due to your CCC division from your advisor no later than 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Please be mindful of this deadline. Decisions will be released on April 21.
