La Casa de Amistad

La Casa de Amistad is a not-for-profit, charitable organization, which aims to serve the west side of South Bend as a youth and community center. Founded in 1973, it was created in response to the many needs confronting Hispanic teenagers. Today, La Casa not only provides programming for youth, it also offers programs and services for adults, migrants, and seasonal workers. In keeping with its original mission, La Casa de Amistad continues to present opportunities for Latinos to be successful in society while maintaining a sense of cultural identity and pride.
