Robinson Community Learning Center
The Robinson Community Learning Center (RCLC) is a community center located about one mile off of campus on Eddy Street. It serves as a link between both the ND/SMC Community and the Northeast Neighborhood where it is located. Programs run throughout the day for both children and adults alike.
Volunteers are needed to work with adult ESL students
and to also help around the office. Combining the fact that this is currently
the only available opportunity to help teach ESL, and the fact that the RCLC
is within walking distance of campus (though there are shuttle buses available),
this is sure to be a popular volunteer site!!
ESL Hours:
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.
