Theresa Bresnahan:
Theresa graduated from ND in 2001 with a double major in English and Computer Applications. As an undergrad, she was a teaching assistant for COBOL for two semesters, president of Badin Hfall, and a mamber of the Women's Liturgical Choir. She also studied abroad through the University's London program the fall semester of her junior year.

After graduation, Theresa moved home to Chicago and worked for SPSS in their Accounts Receivable department for a year. SInce September 2002, she has worked at the Federal Trad Commission's Midwest Region Office as a Paralegal Specialist, where she assists the attorneys in researching and building cases against companies and individuals who exploit consumers.

Jay Dettling:
Jay graduated from Notre Dame in 1993 with a BA in Economics and the AL-CAPP second major. Upon graduation, he moved to Chicago and has held positions with several information systems consultancies. Jay has held consulting positions with Accenture, Arthur Andersen, Hewitt Associates, MarchFirst, and now presently with Acquity Group in Chicago. Jay's background has also included developing the technology operations for two startup companies focused on an online aerospace marketplace and a third-party logistics business.

Jay's consulting projects have taken him to over 100 clients across the country and occasionally abroad. Currently he is focused on serving the Fortune 500 client base primarily in the Insurance, Distribution, and Automotive Industries. Jay is a 2001 graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Jay lives in Evanston, IL with his wife, Cathleen, and two children, Ryan and Nora.

Bill Faley:
Bill graduated Notre Dame in the spring of 1998 as a History and CAPP major. As many have done before, he arrived at school intending to major in Engineering but switched after just one semester. He entered the College of Arts and Letters where he focused on two areas: European History and anthing that allowed him to use a computer. Luckily, the CAPP program afforded him the perfect opportunity to utilize those computer skills in a meaningful way.

Near graduation, Bill leveraged his CAPP experience and secured a position with the Chicago office of a midsize, global consulting firm. Through several engagements with both large and small companies, he learned how to use technology to solve business problems. Bill's duties ranged from systems analyst to database administrator to application developer and data modeler. In 2003, he left the consulting industry and has been working for the Decision support Department at the University of Illinois. There he has been leading teams of developers in rolling out various increments of the University's data warehouse, a large-scale initiative to support the planning and decision makeing functions with the University Community.

Professor Jeff Sucec:
Professor Sucec earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Psychology and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinios. He is a principal and co-founder of Performance Potential, INc. and has spent more than 20 years working with organizations in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in providing executive coaching and consulting. Prof. Sucec specializes in developing performance systems to support a company's strategic focus, maximizing training initiatives, and enhancing bottom-ine results.

Prof. Sucec is a widely respected speaker and published writer focusing in the areas of organization behavior, sales and sales leadership, and performance management. He has been a featured speaker at numerous business management conferences and national conventions. At the School of Bank Marketing, he has been the highest rated speaker for multiple years. In addition, Prof. Sucec was a keynote speaker at the Latin American Banking conference and a feature speaker on Banker's Satellite network.

Prof. Sucec currently teaches CAPP 405, a recently added course on the "fundamentals of Business Thinking." He also serves on the Board of Directors of Coach U, and has created the JMCJ foundation to help underprivileged children reach their full potential.

Prior to the establishment of Performance Potential, Inc., Prof. Sucec was President and founder of FTR, INc., a premier consulting firm in the financial services industry with clients world-wide. He led the organization to become one of the top sales performance companies/consulting firms serving the financial industry.
