Babes Around the World
Kathleen O'Conner: Rome, Italy
Ciao Babes! Being in Rome for an entire semester has been amazing. Every day I explore different parts of the city and learn about the fascinating culture here in Italy. I have had the opportunity to travel all over including trips to Venice, Pompeii, Florence, Prague, Dublin, London...and the list goes on! Studying abroad has been a great experience, and I hope to continue learning more about the history of Rome and living like the Romans do. :)
Diana Burbick: London, England
This semester I'm studying abroad in London, England. I LOVE London. It's so exciting to be living in such a big city with so much history. It is also very easy to travel to the rest of Europe, and so far I've spent a weekend in Spain and have trips planned for Paris and Dublin as well. I love discovering new things in London everyday, and I can't wait to see what the rest of the semester has in store for me :)

Rome! The eternal city! It is so fantastic here! I love hearing all the Italian, walking to the market to buy fresh produce, or walking into an Italian bar for a cappuccino or a little cafe for some pizza. My favorite part of my day is walking past the Vatican, and yes, I see it every day. It never gets old. The city is so big that there always seems to be some little via that you haven't explored yet. And there are always the classic sights to see. There is SO much history here and so much to learn about. It's also an experience being able to travel to other countries in Europe, like France, Austria, or Hungary. Every little glimpse into another culture makes the world a much smaller place. Life here is fantastic and I love it. Ciao!
