General Information
Hall Office
Hall Clerks for Fall 2009 are Elizabeth (Dill) Dillon and Kenzie Kilb.
The Hall Office is open daily at the following times:
- Monday 3:00PM - 5:00PM (Kenzie)
- Tuesday and Thursday 11:30-1:30PM (Dill)
- Wednesday and Friday 12:00-2:00 PM (Kenzie)
Hall Clerks can unlock doors, open the mail room for packages, hang up posters around the dorm, etc.
Mail Hours
The mail is delivered to Breen-Phillips sometime between 1 and 2pm, usually closer to 1.
Package pick-up:
- While the mail is being sorted: 11:00AM- 12:00PM Monday-Saturday.
- During the hall clerk's office hours
- 8:30 – 8:45pm every night (the RA on duty will be there)
Exceptions will only be made in case of emergency (food, medicine, or items for a class); if you can't be there during these times, you may have a friend obtain the item for you.

- Friday, Saturday 9:30am-7:00pm
General Information
- If you need to use the kitchen outside of these hours, please provide the kitchen commissioners with 24 hours notice.
- For kitchen emergencies/pressing questions, try Karen first, and then proceed to the other kitchen commissioners (Kasey,Karen)
- For cake pans, put in a request to Karen (1 day in advance).
- Everyone should know this already, but here it is again. Wash your own dishes. You may leave something in the dish drainer, but put away the dry dishes first in the correct cabinet. Clean up after yourself!
