Andrew Thrasher
Andrew is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Notre Dame. He received his B.A. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics & Physics from Anderson University in 2009. His research interests are in the general areas of Bioinformatics and Distributed Computing. Past projects have primarily involved applications of distributed computing to genome assembly, transcriptome analysis and genome annotation.
