Air Conditioning? No... It's overrated!

Elevator? No... Badin Bullfrogs like to hop up those stairs!

Exercise Room? Yes! It is equipped with a bike, an elliptical, a treadmill, and various free weights.

Kitchen Access? Yes! There are kitchens located on the 1st and 4th floors.

Laundry Facilities? Yes! Complete with washers, dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.

Modular Furniture? Yes! (You don't have to build your own loft.)

Sinks in Rooms? Most.

Study Room(s)? Yes! (Plus, the Coleman Morse Center is located on Badin Hall's eastside. There is a computer cluster and plenty of study space in there!)
