Exam Conflicts

When a conflict exists between a student-athlete’s final examination (as set by the Official Examination Schedule) and a championship athletic tournament, the student-athlete must meet individually with each faculty member with whom there is a conflict or potential conflict. At this time the student-athlete needs to present a letter from the Office of Academic Services for Student-Athletes which confirms he/she is a member of the participating team and provides a precise schedule of travel. This should be done on or before the last day of class. If sufficient conditions are met, the professor will make arrangements for an alternative examination date.
