SMART - Set-membership adaptive recursive techniques.
	Two approaches for adaptive set-membership filtering:
	Set-bounding approach: Optimal bounding ellipsoid (OBE) and optimal bounding spheroid (OBS) algorithms. Point-wise apporach. Constrained Least Squares OBE and SM-NLMS.
	Other develpoments in this area include the MLC-OBE and the BEACON (Bounded Ellipsoid Adaptive Constrained LS) algorithms.
