In-Lab Computational Facilities

Calculations (ab initio, MD, NMR) are performed on the following in-lab platforms:

• SUN Enterprise 420R server equipped with four 450 MHz UltraSparc II processors, 4 MB E-cache, 4 GB memory, two 36 GB 10,000 rpm internal UltraSCSI disk drives, and internal DVD, and two power supplies.
  
  
• SUN Blade 1000 Model 600 UltraSparc III with 600 MHz processor, Creator 3D Series Graphics, 512 MB RAM, 10/100 Ethernet, 18 GB internal FC-AL disk and 21 inch SUN color monitor.
  
  
• Macintosh Power Mac G4 equipped with dual 533 MHz PowerPC G4 processors, 256 MB SDRAM, CD-RW drive, 36 GB internal disk drive, 56K internal modem, and 19 inch ViewSonic PF790 flat-screen color monitor.
