NSF-MRI: Nanoscience Research Instrumentation
(Seabaugh, Bernstein, Fay, Hall, Snider)
Objective: To provide a state-of-the-art, multi-discipline electronic characterization facility for nanoscience research and education.

Equipment:

  • Cascade Summit 11861 thermal wafer prober (-65 to 200 °C)
  • Agilent 4155B semiconductor parameter analyzer (10 fA, 2 µV)
  • Agilent 4294 precision impedance analyzer (40 Hz -100 MHz w/ fluidic fixtures)
