Cadet Chain of Command
The Fightin' Irish Battalion is focused on cadet leadership. The cadet leadership schedules, prepares, and executes training based on the evaluations of prior performances in a variety of events. This gives them ownership in their own development as well as the overall performance of the Battalion. Cadet leadership opportunities range from Team Leader focused in the individual training of three or fewer cadets to the cadet Battalion Commander who is responsible to the Professor of Military Science for the performance of the entire battalion.
