Thank you for revisiting University of Notre Dame Army ROTC! As a program, our measure of success is ultimately our alumni, and we want to keep in touch with you all.
To stay connected, we would appreciate it if you would fill out your contact information below. Also, if you would like to participate in a reach out program to other Notre Dame Army ROTC alumni, this survey will help you do that.
One of the survey’s intents is to develop a mentorship program within our alumni base and create a stronger Fightin’ Irish network within the Army. Please join and share your experiences and wisdom with our recently graduated Lieutenants! Whether you can help them better understand their branch or their duty assignment, they will greatly appreciate it.
