The most time consuming portion of the 104-R will be entering the classes needed to complete your degree. The courses needed will be found in the Bulletin of Instruction for your respective college. Below are links to the BOIs for the respective colleges.
SAINT MARY'S 1st Year Students
Once you have filled in the courses needed to complete your degree, the form must be validated by an academic counselor before you turn it in to us. Any changes to your CC Form 104-R will require you to have it re verified by an academic counselor within 30 days of the change. Changing of your degree requires PMS authorization.
