About me
I am a graduate student in the department of computer science and engineering at the University of Notre dame. I am co-advised by Dr. Scott Emrich and Dr. Nitesh Chawla. I am a member of the Data, Inference, Analysis, and Learning laboratory and the Notre Dame Bioinformatics laboratory. I am affiliated with the Interdisciplinary Center for Network Science and Applications (iCeNSA) and the Eck Institute for Global Health.
Research Interests
My research interests are broadly in the intersection of data mining and bioinformatics. My published work considers statistical approaches to studying gene expression data. Moving forward I am interested in working on integrative models for genetic interaction that take advantage of multiple types of biological data.
