The Tissue Engineering and Mechanics Laboratory is directed by Diane Wagner and located in 600 square feet of space. Major equipment includes a TestResources planar biaxial stress-strain device, a Correlated Solutions VicGage video extensometer, and sliding microtome with freezing stage for the preparation of soft tissue mechanical test specimens of uniform thickness.
