Once again I am please to have this opportunity to welcome you back to campus. I hope you find this to be a rewarding and exciting year.

I know that you are overwhelmed with information - particularly the email variety so I will try to keep this brief. I want to remind you about the BULLETIN BOARD feature on the AME Department web site.

As in the past, this will be used to provide our undergraduates with information related to our Departmental Programs. It is our hope that this will be a place for you to get answers to your Frequently Asked Questions and for you to be able to conveniently find information that will assist you in planning your studies. You may want to spend a few minutes reviewing some changes that have been made to that site and I encourage you to visit it regularly and check on items of interest to you. Periodically we will be sending you email messages related to activities in the Department and College and we will archive these for you on the Bulletin Board.

Lastly, Dr. Mihir Sen, the AME Director of Undergraduate Studies, is teaching as part of the London Engineering Program this fall so if you have any questions related to your program that Dr. Sen might normally address, please contact Ms. Nancy O'Connor in the AME office and she and I will work with you to answer your questions.
