A little background on B&V if you are not familiar … we are a global, multi-billion dollar company, with over 100 offices and over 9600 employees. Our core businesses include power plant design (coal, natural gas, nuclear, as well as more "green" technologies such as hydroelectric, wind, solar, etc.), water and wastewater treatment plant design, telecommunications, federal services, and traditional management consulting for clients in these fields. In my nearly 11 years at B&V since I graduated, I have personally worked in our power and water divisions as well as spending time in the field on various construction sites.
