Summer Session Online Application Gateway
Thank you for considering an application to take one or more courses
in the 2008 summer session. Please note the following information
before proceeding to the appropriate application form:
- If you are a Notre Dame student continuing your degree program
at the University in fall 2008, please do not use this form.
Instead, to register for summer courses, log in to insideND (http://inside.nd.edu) and select
"Register Add/Drop - Summer '08" in the Student Services channel.
- Applicants who do not hold a baccalaureate degree, and those who
are working to complete that degree but will not receive it before the
beginning of the summer session, must submit an undergraduate
application.
- Applicants who hold a baccalaureate degree, and those who are
working to complete that degree and will receive it before the
beginning of the summer session, must submit a graduate application.
- Applicants who intend to pursue a master’s degree in the summer
session must submit an application for degree status to the Graduate
School in addition to the application to take courses in the 2008
summer session. The Graduate School application packet is available on
request from the Summer Session Office. An applicant for degree status
can begin study in non-degree status.
- Students who have been accepted to a master’s degree program must
submit a summer session application to take courses for each summer
session in which they study for the degree.
- Undergraduate students are limited to a total of eight credit
hours of course work in the summer session; graduate students are
limited to ten. Exceptions to these limits require the approval of the
director of the summer session and/or the appropriate college dean.

applicants who seek campus housing and/or meal plans, can be found at
the end of both the undergraduate and graduate application forms.
