Garments dropped off at the Main Plant (631-7422) or the Distribution Center (631-7565) by 10:00 a.m. will be ready for pickup in two business days by 3:00 p.m. (i.e., in on Monday by 10:00 a.m., ready for pickup on Wednesday by 3:00 p.m.). Hours of operation at both locations are: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Same day service is available upon request.
V.I.P. Bag Service
Purchasing a V.I.P. bag eliminates the need to wait in line when dropping off garments for cleaning. Each V.I.P. bag will be stamped with the customer's name and general cleaning preferences for their garments (e.g., starch, hangers, folding). Counter attendants will call with any questions or concerns (prior to processing) regarding the order.

St. Michael's operates two full-service tailor shops. Both tailor shops are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (effective Monday, September 8, 2008). Tailoring and repair services are offered at the Distribution Center (located directly behind the main building). Students living off campus, as well as faculty and staff, are invited to use either the Distribution Center (631-2148) or the Main Plant (631-6994), located north of campus. While appointments are not necessary - they are appreciated.
The tailor shop offers a wide variety of services, including repairs, button and zipper replacement, and custom alterations. Most services are complete in 5-8 business days.
