Availability
- Require 1 month advance notice.
- There are a limited
number of dances that may be held in the Rotunda. First priority
in dance availability is given to the top male/female Hall of
the Year recipients (for Fall dances) and top male/female FYO
Best Practices recipients (for Spring dances)
Security Needs
- NDSP required.
- Contact Mr. Cappy Gagnon at 1-5555 to arrange for
security.
Other Notes
- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations.
- Only two dances may
be scheduled per semester.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
Cost
- Costs may be incurred from Catering and General
Services. CBD costs are $50.00/hour for a supervisor and two staff
members.
