All general liability claims or incidents (ie - a visitor on University property slips and falls) should be reported immediately to:

The University maintains liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage coverage through a Self-Insured fund supported by a Trust document. The coverage extends to all subsidiary entities, executive officers, directors and faculty members.

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS
Waiver, Release and indemnification agreements may be recommended for various activities, events, club sports, bus trips and travel (ie - field trips, fun runs, shopping trips). To determine if a waiver, release and indemnification agreement is needed, contact Robert M. Zerr, Director, or Barbara Davey, Risk Management Specialist, of the Risk Management and Safety Department, (574) 631-5037.
