OIT Survey Information
After you've contacted the Office of Information Technologies with a computer question or problem, you may have received an e-mail invitation to complete a survey rating your experience. The OIT values this feedback when monitoring our performance and identifying areas where we can improve.
As of Monday, 7/14/08, we have made arrangements with HDI, an independent industry association, to facilitate this survey. HDI will send a survey invitation via e-mail from CSISurveyMailer@thinkhdi-csi.com that will include a link to a web page where you can give us feedback on the service you've recently received. The survey has only 5 simple questions, so it will still only take a minute of your time to complete it. The new survey will provide us with additional information that we will use for more in-depth analysis of how we handled your question or problem, and will enable us to focus on more specific areas for improvements.
