Checkback: Earliest granary?

Did further tests prove that a structure unearthed near the Dead Sea by a Notre anthropologist is the earliest known granary?

Notre Dame's Ian Kuijt says he's still waiting on analysis of material sifted from the foundation of a 9-by-9-foot structure unearthed in western Jordan. The structure dates to about 9500 B.C. If tests find traces of barley or wheat, that would indicate the structure was part of the earliest known farming community. The analysis is expected to be complete by September or October, he said.
