The Department of Asset Management
was formed as a diversified acquisitions, development, management and
real estate advisory enterprise. Its function is to assist in the development
of the University's main campus, surrounding neighborhoods and worldwide
educational missions.

Areas of Responsibility
Real Estate Management involves the leasing and management of existing real estate assets, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, gifted properties and multi-tenant commercial properties, as follows:
Property Acquisitions provides additional facilities, beyond campus, for academic and research study as well as residential rentals for use by University employees.
