ABSTRACT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Speakers for talks will be selected from submitted abstracts.

Abstracts must be received by Monday, April 14, 2008. Selected speakers will be notified by April 23, 2008.

Abstract formatting instructions:

Please use the following guidelines while preparing your abstract:
1. Less than or equal to 400 words.
2. Times 12 point font.
3. One inch margins on all sides.
4. Be certain to include the following information:

• Title
• Author(s) - Underline the name of the presenting author
• Presentation preference - poster, short talk, either

5. Save the abstract as a Microsoft Word document. Include the last name of the presenter in the file name (example: Clark.abstract.doc).

Abstract submission instructions:
