The primary
mission of the law library is to provide services and to acquire
and organize legal information in support of the research
and curricular goals of the law school. Secondarily, the library
supports the legal research requirements of the university
community. As a tertiary mission, the library provides legal
information to appropriate members of the local community.
As a component of its primary mission and as members of the
university's regular faculty, librarians offer instruction
in legal research skills and produce scholarship and contribute
to professional and community service befitting their discipline.
