Prospective authors are requested to send a file (pdf format) of the abstract via e-mail to: iwqdqc@nd.edu The abstract should consist of one page of text and one page of figures. The abstract must include the title, the author's names, affiliation, full address, phone and FAX numbers, and e-mail address. Faxed copies of the abstract will not be accepted. Accepted abstracts will be reproduced in the workbook exactly as received. The deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2003. Paper |

The main venue for the dissemination of the workshop results will be through published proceedings. Negotiations are underway with the new IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology to publish the IWQDQC Proceedings as a Special Issue. Papers will be due at the workshop, and more details regarding the paper format will be given at a later time. |
