Talent Management - a functional unit within the Office of Human Resources - engages in processes and provides services to support University hiring managers in recruitment and employment activities. We strive to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates, and assist managers in an interviewing and selection process that results in hiring individuals who will contribute to the achievement of the University's mission.
