University Seminars are required classes for all first-year
students. These seminars are taught by a variety of full-time
teaching and research faculty from different academic disciplines
in order to allow students to pursue their interests while
working on their writing and critical reading skills. Seminars
taught in the past include classes in anthropology, economics,
government, psychology, sociology, art history, film, television
and theatre, music, theology, history, philosophy and literature.
