A native of Somerset, Ohio, I joined the staff of the First Year of Studies in 1990.  I enjoy reading, writing, and traveling.   My recent book, Word, Wisdom & Worship published in August 1999 by Woven Word Press, is a series of reflections based on scripture readings for selected seasons of the church year.
