I am originally from East Chicago, IN and found myself at Saint Mary's College for undergrad where I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. Upon graduation, I participated in the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program at Notre Dame where I taught a self contained third grade class in Kansas City, KS for two years. During that time, I received my Masters of Education through ACE. In August of 2001, I moved back to the Michiana region to join the staff of the First Year of Studies. Since then, I have worked with the Balfour Hesburgh Scholars Program, as the Assistant Director, and am Faculty Advisor for Coro Primavera, the Spanish choir.
