Description of Position

Fall - Spring 08/09
The student will assist with the selection, interviewing and orientation of students who would like to participate in an ISSLP.  Other projects would include library research for the course packet, organization of site packet material specific to each country, presentations at information sessions, help with advertising and recruiting, and assistance in planning and running a retreat for the candidates selected as well as development of post-ISSLP follow up activities.  General office duties, photocopying and other clerical assignments.

Qualifications
 Preferably the student will be a past participant of the ISSLP.  Other requirements are reliability, ability to work independently, excellent verbal and communication skills and familiarity with general office procedures and computer programs.
Numbers of hours per week
6 - 12
Schedule
 Variable as determined with program director.
Hourly Rate
$7.05 and up depending on CSC program experience.
