Description of Position |
In this Notre Dame sponsored initiative, the receptionist/office assistant will be responsible for welcoming community residents and partners coming into the Robinson Community Learning Center. Responsibilities include answering questions and guiding guests to appropriate room/staff; answering the telephone; entering program attendess into the attendance system; handling inquiries or routing questions to appropriate staff members. This position is also a support position to the administrative assistant and other staff members of the Center. |

The Center is open from 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 6:00pm on Fridays. |
