Description of Position |
The Tolson Center has partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters to match Notre Dame students up with 2-4 Tolson members becoming their "Buddie". You will be responsible for the supervision of your Buddie(s) during your time at the Tolson Center. You will work to enforce positive behavior, assist with homework, involve youth in recreational and educational activities, and help maintain a safe and clean facility and grounds. Other responsibilities may be given as needed. |

Qualifications |
Energetic, positive attitude; Ability and strong interest in working with youth ages 1-12; Ability to follow directions; Knowledge of and ability to mentor youth in a variety of subject areas; Interest and ability to learn and teach a variety of recreational activities (basketball, soccer, volleyball, gardening, hiking, etc.). |
