ARRIVAL
When you arrive at Shanghai Airport expect a 30 minute wait to clear customs.
If asked the “purpose” of your trip you should say “To attend a conference and do some sightseeing.” The program is not considered a “business” trip as you will not be conducting business during the program.
Airport Pick-Up
Look for your name on a sign when you exit customs and immigration. The person holding the sign will escort you to your vehicle for the ride to your hotel.
Be certain that we have your accurate flight information to ensure that you are met in a timely fashion at the airport.
