Robert M. Dunn, director
of the Integrated Engineering and Business Practices program, graduated
from Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He also holds
a master's degree in engineering mechanics from Pennsylvania State University
and a doctorate in aeronautical engineering from the University of Illinois
at Urbana. Dunn comes to the University with more than 30 years' experience
at the IBM Corporation, where his career involved management of complex
organizations and business relations around the world. His expertise
in product development, technology development, human resources, manufacturing,
and management will prove a valuable resource to students in the Integrated
Engineering and Business Practices Program.

John M. Brauer, associate
director of the program, graduated from the University of Buffalo with
both a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering. He comes
to Notre Dame with 34 years of industrial experience, the last 29 of
which were spent at IBM in a variety of managerial positions. His experience
in process development, manufacturing, quality, facilities management,
and environmental health and safety serve as a complement to Dunn's industrial
experience.
